Hellraiser Series III NEWS! Line up revealed and in-progress sculpt pics!

Hellraiser Series III

Anyway back to the NEWS. What you have been waiting for - information on Series III. First of all we have changed the format of 6 figures per Series to 4 figures per Series. There are a couple of reasons for this change. First it allows us to get Series III to you faster and our Bonus for collecting all 4 figures in Series III works better as "Collect All 4" rather than "Collect All 6." Series III should hit shelves in late May 2004.
That being said here is the lineup:

Hell on Earth Pinhead
Female Cenobite (based on the original Hellraiser)
Frank
Bloodline Twins
Dr. Channard Deluxe Boxed Set

Final Painted Sculpts of Frank, Female, and the Bloodline Twins will be revealed next week at Toy Fair and on the Hellraiser website beginning on 2/12/04. Hell on Earth Pinhead is still in progress.

There are plans for a new Exclusive figure to be offered at the conventions and through the Collector's Club later this year. Details will follow.

So what is the "Collect all 4" incentive for Series III? We will let you speculate on that for a while but let's just say it is about twice the size of the enormous Pillar of Souls!

The line up sounds good as hell to me. Can't wait to see what the collect all 4 piece is. That Frank fucking ROCKS! They sculpted in the look I always wanted.

I'd almost bet that the incentive is either Leviathan or the cenobite creation machine but the latter is probably closer to reality considering there's only four figures..

COOL.... that was pretty much the lineup I expexted, Frank was a suprise though. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

I kinda wanted the incentive to be the wooden pillar from the final scene in Hellbound. but now that they say its twice the size of POS, I'm guessing it could be the cenobite transformation chamber that Channard got pushed into by Julia

...the other ones, I'm not touching, since I'm not going near any Hellraiser movies (or figures from them, for that matter) after the first two.

Hello guys this is my first post, so here my thoughts on series 3.

I?m so damn happy with Frank, that I almost pissed my pants, the funny thing is that I was 2 days ago talking to my friend that "it would be cool if Frank could made into series 3, with 2 removable heads and two pair of interchangeable hands"...and then today BANG! the Frank figure news is all over the internet today.

Also I?m glad there?re only 4 figures and a Deluxe this time around, because living outside U.S. is a pain in the ass to buy a set of 6 figures plus a Deluxe Set, the shipping is killer.

All I can say is that I?ll be getting the Female Cenobite, Frank and Dr. Channard, that?s because all I want is to complete my Hellraiser and Hellbound characters collection since they?re my favorites of the series.

But I?m also happy that NECA is bringing in each series characters for ALL fans from every movie, which turns into a very balanced line.
